Navigating End-of-Life Caregiving

Thursday, March 26, 7:30-8:30pm, 663 Haight Street

FREE

End-of-life caregiving is an under-discussed challenge, and caregivers are often under-resourced.

Join us for a conversation with professionals in the end-of-life field to better understand the resources available to you and your family. Our panelists will explore state and local programs for family caregivers, available tax credits, and strategies to protect your loved ones from the rise in elder financial scams.

We will also share practical tips on care logistics, including how to vet professional caregivers, navigate housing options, and manage the requirements for aging in place. Whether you are just beginning this journey or have been a caregiver for years, this session provides a comprehensive guide to the help available to you. You will also have time to connect with other attendees who are navigating a similar journey.

Given the sensitive nature of end-of-life, we’re intentionally keeping this space small so attendees feel comfortable and have time to ask the panelists as many questions as they want after the event.
